THE GYM

InceptionPT is a high quality Training studio based in Southwick, Wiltshire that focuses on body composition, fat loss and fitness. After years of working in the health and fitness industry and seeing what's available to clients, our founders wanted to offer a training facility that used world class equipment, delivering the best service possible. This has allowed us to create an enthusiastic environment with people that share common goals and a great community spirit.

INJURY CLINIC & SPORTS MASSAGE

We focus on prevention of injury and rehabilitation of an individual back to optimum levels of functional, occupational or sports specific fitness. This means that you don't need to play sport to see a Sports Therapist - it is available to everyone regardless of age or ability.

MEET THE TEAM

Olly - Personal Trainer 

Olly has always been passionate about health and fitness, which later lead him to years of voluntary coaching for various clubs including Bradford on Avon Youth Football club, University of Bath Athletics club and Chichester Athletics club. Olly graduated from the University of Chichester in 2014 with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and then gained his level 3 Personal Training in 2015 with full REPs insurance. 

Olly became a coach at inceptionPT in January 2016 and hasn’t looked back since. He has the experience and scientific knowledge to tailor make his training sessions for his clients’ individuals needs.  

Olly’s aim is to bring the local community together by providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at iPT. He has created a positive environment, where his sessions are challenging but enjoyable at the same time. He works hard with each client to make sure they are progressing each week to reach their goals, whether that be to lose body fat, build muscle mass or improve fitness levels.

Sarah - Sports Therapist

Our Sports Therapist Sarah gained her degree at the University of Chichester in 2014 and is a fully insured member of The Society of Sports Therapists. Sarah is passionate about getting her clients back to doing the things they love without the daily discomfort of aches and pains.  

Since graduation, Sarah has had experience treating within a clinical environment, along side a local rugby team and pre/post-event massage at various events. Sarah treats a wide range of people and can help with sporting or non-sporting injuries. She is always adding to her skill set through ongoing professional development to give her clients the best and most up to date techniques.   

Sarah has a personal approach to her sessions at inceptionPT in the sense that she will complete a thorough consultation understanding your goals and what you want to get out of the treatment. This will help her make a tailored plan that meets all of your requirements. Sessions may include a variety of techniques from joint mobilisations to sports massage depending on your problem. Sarah’s aim is to not only treat but also educate her clients about their body and how to maintain a happy, healthy lifestyle.

1-2-1 Personal Training

Are you fed up of busy gyms and not getting the attention you need? Or are you about to get into a fitness regime and are unsure of how to start? 

Imagine how you would feel with a tailor made work out regime that fits perfectly into your lifestyle. Our Personal Trainer will be there to motivate you every step of the way and track your progress throughout your fitness journey; whether you want to lose fat, build muscle or increase fitness levels. 

Group Personal Training

Training with a family member or friend is a great way to get the attention you need from a Personal Trainer but also a great way of spreading the cost. We can offer sessions to small groups to 2-4 people.

Bootcamps are designed for people of all ages and abilities. You can experience small group training incorporating a range of total body exercises and get the motivation you need from our Personal Trainer to push yourself! We tailor the sessions to individual ability, so no matter what your current level may be, you will never feel over or under challenged. Our Bootcamps offer the support and encouragement of a community of like-minded individuals who share common fitness goals.
